Its the small things that count

I love how everything in Japan is compartmentalized and individually packaged. I got some spaghetti noodles and the noodles were separated into servings:
Figuring out how much pasta to cook was always an issue for me back in the states.

  1. I know- I wish they'd do that here! I was thinking the same thing the last time I cooked sobe. If portions were sized reasonably and individually, maybe people would have an easier time staying healthy in the US.
